Il Cubetto is made up of two side-by-side, identical studio apartments. Each has its own veranda, complete with a small seating area and a dining table, positioned on opposite sides of the house to give guests optimal privacy.

The Sea Studio is the one located on the left of the cottage (looking at the pool). Like its twin, it offers 25 square meters of living space, including a well-appointed bathroom. The interior is styled in calming sea-inspired colors and features mainly wood and bamboo furnishings. Everything you need has been carefully considered: a compact kitchenette with a sink and four-burner gas stove, drawers stocked with essential cookware and utensils, a mini fridge, an open bamboo wardrobe, and a scenic dining or work area placed in front of a large window with a view over the valley. For your tea/coffee needs, a kettle and an Italian moka pot are also included.

The bed is a standard double (160 x 190 cm), supported by a slatted wooden frame and topped with a 20 cm-thick mattress Made in Italy. Inside the mattress is an 18 cm layer of Eliocell Firm – water-based foam known for its breathability and its ability to conform to the body thanks to its open-cell structure. The mattress is Oeko Tex certified, ensuring both quality and sustainability.

The bathroom features a 90 x 90 cm shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a toilet shower. A hairdryer is available for guest use.

For charging devices, you’ll find two multi-port chargers, each offering three USB-C ports (two with PD20W fast charging) and two USB-A ports for high-speed charging.

A welcome kit awaits you on arrival, which includes coarse and fine salt, pepper, a small bottle of locally-produced Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, plus sugar, tea, chamomile, and a selection of herbal infusions. You’ll also find a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, a kitchen towel, and a courtesy soap made from olive oil in the bathroom.

For those arriving late or simply wishing to settle in before heading out, we offer an optional basket for purchase containing Tuscan wheat pasta and two organic sauces made by local producers. We also provide a curated selection of Tuscan wines, sourced directly in bulk from nearby vineyards. Many guests enjoy taking a bottle or two home as a special reminder of their stay.
